Jan Standish
President/ Senior Association Manager
You will contact Jan if she is the property manager for your Association. Jan is the one you contact to request a proposal for GWPM to manage your property. Her credentials are impressive, and include her membership in California Associations Institute, that she is a Certified Community Manager through the California Association of Community Managers, and her 40 years experience in property management.




Alan Potruch
Property Manager
You will contact Alan if he is the property manager for your Association. His USC degree in finance and experience in property management are valuable contributions to the GWPM team.










Donna Wales
Property Manager
You will contact Donna if she is the property manager for your Association. She has been working in the property management field for 11 years. She has a good deal of knowledge and valuable experience to contribute.




Vicki Yost
Property Manager
You will contact Vicki if she is the manager for your Association. Vicki joined the company on a part time basis in June 2003 and is now a full time Property Manager. She interfaces well with both Board members and vendors.










Miao Chuang
Accounting Manager
You will contact Miao (pronounced "Meow") with questions regarding financial reports of the Association. She is also the person tracking your investment accounts and with years of Homeowner Association experience she can answer any and all of your financial questions swiftly. She joined GWPM in 1992 and has contributed greatly to our continued growth.




Gwenda Ross
Accounts Receivable/ Escrow Administrator
You will be contacting Gwenda each time you are involved with any escrow transaction related to your property. In addition, as manager of A/R, she is the one to contact with any questions regarding payment of your Association dues. She has been with GWPM since 1986. Gwenda has these matters well organized and keeps GWPM able to respond in a timely manner.










Kim-Marie Bryant
Assistant Property Manager
Kim-Marie joined Golden West Property Management in June of 2007 and serves as one of Jan's Assistants. Her background is inclusive of extensive experience in both the mortgage and printing industries. Kim-Marie's advanced knowledge in the areas of client development, consultative selling, account management, marketing and relationship building have made her a welcome addition to the GWPM team. She is regarded as a creative and innovative professional who is fair-minded and an enthusiastic team player. Kim-Marie continues to advance her education within the property's clients.




Luanne Mounts
Property Supervisor, Homeowner Associaton and Residential
You will contact Luanne if she is the property supervisor for your Association. She has been in the property management field since 1992. This includes extensive experience in all aspects of Homeowners Association management as well as rental property management. She also has expertise in dealing with contractor and maintenance issues. Luanne received her certification from the California Association of Community Managers, Inc., in January 2004 and her certification is current and in good standing.










Jamie Gutierrez
Assistant Property Manager
Jamie serves as an assistant to property manager, Vicki Yost. She has been with the company since June 2006. You will speak to her on customer related and repair or maintenance issues. She has highly developed organizational skills, and is the master Newsletter creator.




Patti Taylor
Assistant Property Manager
Patti has been with the company since 2003 and serves as one of Jan's Assistants. She is ready to assist you on homeowner related issues and repair or maintenance concerns. With over 25 years in Customer Service and Sales Support, she has the experience necessary to assist you and schedule the right contractor for quick resolution of your needs.










Peggy Shaw
Assistant Property Manager
Peggy serves as an assistant property manager for both Alan Potruch and Jan Standish. She joined the company in November of 2006. You will speak to her on customer related issues and repair or maintenance concerns. She has highly developed organizational skills and over 20 years of customer service experience that includes colleges, universities and city government.




Jay Barnard
Office Assistant/ Accounts Payable
Jay is the invaluable "Jill of all trades" for the GWPM office with her behind-the-scene support of everyone on the staff. Jay's administrative background includes 14 years in property management, banking and hospitality industries.










Edie Green
Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative
Whether you come to the GWPM office in-person or phone in, the first friendly contact will most likely be Edie. After hearing all kinds of requests over the past seven years, she has the answer to most of your questions or knows just who you need to speak with. Her previous experience in the mortgage industry makes her very familiar with appraisal and loan documents.
