Our Mission
Since 1978, Golden West Property Management Inc. has been providing homeowner associations with professional, user-friendly property management services, constantly improving what we offer each association.

GWPM believes effective property management comes from delivering personalized service to all homeowners and viewing each Homeowner as a prospective Board member.

Effective Leadership
GWPM is a mid-sized, full-service property management company headquartered in central Orange County, California. Our numerous services assist homeowner associations responsible for residential communities. The longevity of our staff assures continuity and efficiency. The combined years of the professional experience of our staff is over 100 years.

GWPM's membership in California Associations Institute (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers (CACM) assures our clients that GWPM managers are well trained and keep up-to-date with the latest regulations. In addition, Jan Standish is a Certified Community Association Manager.

Services Offered
GWPM offers all-inclusive pricing. (The few exclusions include special mailings and postage over 37.) This provides you with professional management at a price commensurate to the extra responsiveness you should receive from your management company.

While the average size of association we serve is 70 to 150 units, we serve all sizes - even small ones and unusual associations (such as duplexes).

Our office in Cypress, CA is convenient for serving our over 70 client associations in central Orange County - from La Habra to Irvine, Cypress to Yorba Linda.
